By accessing or using SleeveSync (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
SleeveSync provides tools for TCG collection tracking, browsing custom packs and pulls, viewing influencer/channel pages, leaving reactions, and managing a subscriber account. Features may change, be added, or be discontinued at any time.
3. Eligibility
You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your jurisdiction and comply with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide when subscribing.
4. Subscriber accounts
- Subscription uses double opt-in: you must confirm via the link we email you.
- Sign-in uses magic links sent to your email; keep your inbox secure.
- You may manage marketing preferences, withdraw consent, or delete your account from Privacy & account.
- One person should not share an account in a way that misrepresents identity or evades restrictions.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, channels, admin areas, or underlying systems.
- Scrape, overload, or interfere with the Service or other users’ enjoyment of it.
- Upload or transmit malware, spam, or content that infringes others’ intellectual property or privacy rights.
- Manipulate reactions, rankings, or analytics through automated or deceptive means.
6. Content and intellectual property
SleeveSync branding, software, and site design are owned by us or our licensors. TCG names, card images, and third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners; SleeveSync is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated.
Channel operators may upload or display content on their pages. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant us a license to host, display, and operate it as needed to run the Service.
7. Reactions and community features
Reactions and public activity may be visible to other visitors. Do not use reactions to harass, impersonate, or post unlawful content. We may remove activity or restrict accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Email communications
We send transactional emails (confirmation, login links) as part of the Service. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent. See the Privacy Policy for details.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the accuracy of third-party or user-generated content.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SleeveSync and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100), if applicable.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SleeveSync from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the SleeveSync operator’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction shall have exclusive venue unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
14. Changes
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated by email or prominent notice on the site.
